He streamlined a lead-generation process that resulted in a significant increase in sales opportunities and revenue and implemented repeat sales methodology and innovative solutions to overcome revenue challenges, resulting in consistently higher win rates for both clients and IPO Architects alike.
- During his tenure as VP of Sales & Marketing for Harris School Solutions Doc led the effort that sold the largest statewide school district in America (Hawaii) on a new five-year contract while increasing the overall pipeline by over 1,000% in a very short period of time. He established a repeatable sales process and implemented a new CRM system that moved prospects from early stage leads to closed customers while developing a strong sales culture that focused on behaviors and outcomes.
