David has spoken across America on Confidence and Sales Success as well as consulted companies on growth strategies and coaching individuals how to be top performers. His new book "RARE CONFIDENCE" is now available.

David is a tremendously accomplished executive with a successful track record in national sales management, team building, introducing new products to market, and media relations; while dealing in extremely competitive & technical markets.

  • David is currently Director of National Sales for Valassis where he is responsible for helping the company to attain its short and long term revenue growth while recruiting, training, developing, & motivating a seasoned team of advertising professionals. David's team manages accounts of all sizes with the largest of those being over $10M per year.
  • Previously, David spent over five years directing all sales activities for the largest of Lamar Advertising's 165 markets, spending time each week leading confidence building & sales training sessions. David's team exceeded company set budgets 20 out of his last 21 months in this role during one of the worst economies in modern American history. David's motto was "We decided not to participate in the recession!"
  • David spent the early part of the last decade as the Director of Sports Sales for IRIS Technologies' Landro Play Analyzer Division. Leading all sales & business development of this extraordinary technology to the sports world, David's group increased sales over 200% three straight years while he was front and center with the media touting this incredible coaching tool.
  • During the mid and late 1990's, David worked as Computer Enterprises, Inc.'s Director of New Business Development Division guiding sales operations for this IT services firm. David oversaw offices in Pittsburgh, New York, and Los Angeles, helping the organization to receive a very high ranking on Inc. Magazine's list of America's fastest growing, privately held companies.

  • Involved with and/or supported dozens of charities in recent years including: Coaches vs. Cancer, March of Dimes, The Color Run / Rett Syndrome, Jewish Community Center, Lymphoma & Leukemia Society, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Carnegie Mellon University School of Art, and Autism Speaks.
  • David has managed multiple youth baseball and soccer teams teams in the Pittsburgh area.
